What software do I need to install?

None! True Influence is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. We "host" the application on our computer system—all you need is internet access. Log into your True Influence account and you can easily set up and access your company information. (If you'd like to run campaign flows, there is one quick download to install.)

How much technical skill is required?

None. Anyone with basic marketing skills can use the True Influence service. And a quick tutorial lets you easily manage your campaigns.
