Brian Giese - Chief Executive Officer
Brian is a recognized thought leader in marketing and sales process, analytic CRM and database marketing and he brings more than 25 years of operational experience. Prior to True Influence he was a Senior Vice President with Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing (NYSE: HH) a leader in data-driven marketing solutions to businesses worldwide. Brian has been a marketing and sales advisor for global companies such as Oracle, Sun, Dunn & Bradstreet, NEC and Corporate Executive Board to name a few and he is the author of I.T. Sales Boot Camp: Surefire Techniques for Selling Technology to Mainstream Companies (Adams Media 2002). Brian holds a Masters in Organizational Development from Villanova University.

Radhakrishnan Maniyani (RK) - Chief Technology Officer
RK brings more than 14 years of advanced design and management experience in CRM and Lead Management application software development to True Influence. Most recently RK served as a senior manager with CDC Software (CDC: NASDAQ) a leader in enterprise marketing automation and CRM software. There RK lead teams in the development of advanced CRM design and infrastructure scalability. Before CDC Software, RK spent time in software development at Tata InfoTech and i2 Technologies and throughout his career has spent time with multi-national companies. RK holds an Engineering Degree from Calicut University and a Masters degree from Birla Institute of Technology.

Charles Weir - Chief Strategy Officer
During his twenty-five years in business, Charles has worked with many leading Fortune 500 companies. He was Managing Director of Retail Markets for Harte-Hanks, Inc. through January 2008. Charles was formerly Acxiom Corporation's Group Leader for Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods and prior to joining Acxiom, Charles completed a fifteen year career at IBM Corporation. While at IBM, he completed Harvard Business School's Certified Client Executive program and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.

Diane Ferguson - Vice President, Sales
Diane has more than 25 years in sales and database marketing in information technology, business services, and sales training. Prior to True Influence, Diane was a Vice President at Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing (NYSE: HH), a world-wide leader in data-driven marketing where she focused on B2B markets. Prior to that she spent nine 9 years at I.T. Selling Worldwide, a marketing agency serving the information technology market in sales and marketing consulting. As Vice President of Sales, she was responsible for a 50% increase in sales revenue both in business development and new sales. Diane has a BA in Sociology/Psychology from the University of Maryland.

Roy Rajan - Vice President, Product Marketing
Roy is a seasoned Product Marketing Professional with over 9 years of experience in online marketing having worked in both product and IT services companies like IBM, TCS, CDC Software and Regalix. Roy is expert at designing and executing Integrated Customer Centric, Online Marketing Campaigns. He has significant technical background working on leading Enterprise Marketing Automation products and has an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication from Calicut University.
